RO MEMBRANE
What is an RO membrane?
RO membrane with full English name is Reverse Osmosis (reverse osmosis) is an indispensable component in RO water purification systems. Technology has been invented and researched since the 50s of the last century, then perfected in the 70s.
First, RO membranes are only used in marine and aerospace applications. After that, it gradually became popular in daily life and production where there was a need to use pure water.
Reverse osmosis technology was invented by Origin scientist and applied in the US marine and space fields. Later, it was improved and widely applied in life and production, especially in the production line of bottled purified water.
This water filter material is made of Polyamide plastic material, including main layers: protective layer, buffer layer, filter layer, osmosis layer. These layers roll together, forming a spiral. With a super-small mesh structure of only 0.0001 - 0.0005 µmµm, just enough for water molecules to pass through, while wastes, metal bacteria, etc. are prevented from staying.
